In this project, the designer and artist aimed to capture and celebrate the nomadic spirit of Jaipur, often referred to as the Pink City of India, through the creation of high-couture streetwear. Aneri sought to blend the vibrant, eclectic essence of Jaipur’s culture with contemporary fashion, resulting in a collection that bridges traditional influences with modern design.
The project showcased a high level of pattern-making expertise, reflecting a meticulous approach to garment construction. Aneri employed block and digital printing techniques to infuse the designs with intricate patterns, paying close attention to detail in every aspect of the garment's creation. The result was a unisex garment that not only highlights the cultural richness of Jaipur but also addresses the contemporary demand for versatile, gender-neutral fashion. Through this project, Aneri successfully merged cultural heritage with cutting-edge streetwear, creating a collection that is both visually striking and deeply rooted in the essence of Jaipur.
